I haven't been practicing my drawing or painting talents for ages. Every now and then I'll do a few ugly pencil/pen sketches but toss them in the garbage as quickly as it takes to draw them. Recently I downloaded a home-brew program for my Nintendo DS, it's called 'Colors!' and I absolutely love it. It's a very simple (extreme emphasis on 'simple') drawing program.
